You can go for morning walk or can take your pets to outside for a walk. You can park your vehicles some distance from your destination and always try to walk instead of using your vehicle to go to the nearest places. This habit can help you many ways. Lack of nutrition, unhygienic food, and bad unhealthy eating makes the stress level higher. Healthy eating gives proper nutrition and keeps you healthy. You always try to eat fresh and hygienic foods. When you finds you on stress drink a glass of fruit juice instead of alcohol or other bad drinks. A good and proper diet can give you a less stressed and good life to live.
It is very important to reduce stress from your work. One easiest way is you can take a occasional break from your work. It does not matters if any important work to do, because in stressed mind you cannot do nothing or will do things in correctly. You can plan a holiday trip to some beautiful places with your family or friends to get fresh. If this is not possible at that time simply take a glass of cool water or a hot coffee. Never use alcohol to be stressed out, because it is not a permanent solution and it causes health problems. Some companies offers stress handling programs. It can be helpful for you. So learn to handle stress and lead a good life.
